These Terms govern your use of the North Fulton Water Damage Pros website, operated by Stratum Relay LLC. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.
What we are
North Fulton Water Damage Pros is a marketing and referral service. We connect homeowners with an independent, licensed local water damage restoration contractor. We do not perform water damage restoration, inspections, or any contracting work ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with the contractor.
No contractor relationship
Any water damage restoration work is performed by an independent local contractor under a separate agreement directly between you and that contractor. Stratum Relay LLC does not employ the contractor, supervise the work, or guarantee any outcome, estimate, price, or workmanship. You are responsible for evaluating the contractor and any contract before hiring.
Information and estimates
Cost ranges and information on this site are general estimates for North Fulton County, Georgia and are not quotes. Actual pricing depends on an on-site inspection by the contractor. We make no warranty that information on this site is complete or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratum Relay LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or from any work performed by the contractor. Your sole remedy regarding water damage restoration work lies with the contractor who performs it.
